We strive to make your onboarding experience smooth and convenient. Please follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Sign Service Agreement

• Fill out and sign the service agreement to establish our formal relationship.

Step 2: Authorize CRA Access

If you have a CRA account or have filed taxes before, please authorize us to access your CRA account.

• For Business: Follow the instructions on the business authorization page.
• For Personal: Follow the instructions on the personal authorization page.

Step 3: Provide Basic Information

• For Business Accounting Services: Complete and submit business information form.
• For Personal Accounting Services: Complete and submit personal information form.
• Note: If you require both personal and business accounting services, please complete and submit both forms.

Step 4: Provide Financial Information

• For Businesses: Once we receive your business information, we will set up a secure and private file-sharing system to receive your financial data.
• For Individuals: Complete and send personal financial form.

Step 5 (Optional): Third-Party Authorization Form

• If you would like to authorize another individual to represent you and exchange information with us (such as a business owner authorizing an employee, or spouses authorizing each other), please complete and submit third party authorization agreement.
