Terms and Conditions

By proceeding with this service, you agree to the following engagement terms and conditions. This Engagement is entered into by Logan’s Eagle Corporation, operating under the registered business name LEPROC, a collaborative formation of professional accounting partners (hereinafter referred to as “LEPROC”), and you, the purchaser of this service or any third party authorized by the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). LEPROC and the Client are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

  • Articles of incorporation
  • GST/HST information

All tools are used responsibly and in accordance with LEPROC’s confidentiality standards. No technology replaces professional judgment; all final work is reviewed and approved by a qualified accountant.

  1. Data Removal

The Client may request the removal of all business‑related information at any time. Requests must be submitted in writing to LEPROC.

Upon receiving such a request, LEPROC will promptly delete or destroy all digital and printed copies of the Client’s information. However, LEPROC will retain engagement‑related records required by law, including:

  1. Partner Structure and Quality Assurance

As LEPROC continues to grow, we selectively welcome new professional accountants who share our values, expertise, and commitment to client care. This growth allows us to expand our capabilities while maintaining the personalized, high quality service our clients expect. While each accountant performs their work individually due to the confidential and specialized nature of accounting services, LEPROC maintains a consistent standard of quality, professionalism, and ethical practice across all engagements. Each accountant is solely responsible for the services they provide under this Engagement, and they are the primary point of contact for responding to the Client’s questions, inquiries, or concerns related to their work. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with their assigned accountant, and may contact LEPROC at any time if additional support is needed or if they wish to request the assignment of another accountant.
