Terms and Conditions
By proceeding with this service you agree on the following service engagement terms and conditions: This Engagement, entered into by Logan’s Eagle Corporation, operating under the registered business name LEPROC, hereinafter referred to as the “LEPROC” and you the purchaser of this service or other third parties who are authorized by the purchase of this service, hereinafter referred to as the “Client,” outlines the terms and conditions governing LEPROC’s provision of independent accounting, financial and bookkeeping services in exchange for fees. Both LEPROC and Client, hereinafter referred to as “Parties”, agree to the following:
- Scope of Services: LEPROC commits to providing the specified purchased service. Nevertheless, given the inherent nature of accounting services, this agreement remains applicable to additional work that may be encompassed within the scope. Examples of such services include, but are not restricted to:
- Assistance with Bookkeeping
- Reconciliation Services
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Tax Calculation and Filing
- Financial and Tax Planning
The accuracy of these Services is contingent upon the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Client.
- Client’s Obligations: The Client shall furnish all pertinent business and financial information required to facilitate the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to articles of incorporation, GST/HST information, transaction records, bank statements, invoices, reimbursement forms, tax slips and any other relevant documentation.
- Digital Information Transfer: The Parties agree to utilize digital mediums for the transfer of information, including but not limited to emails, cloud storage, scanned documents, and other mutually agreed-upon tools.
- Data Removal: The Client reserves the right to request the removal of all business-related information at any time. Such requests must be made in writing to LEPROC. Upon receipt of such a request, LEPROC will promptly destroy all digital and printed copies of the Client’s information. However, LEPROC shall retain engagement-related records between the Parties, such as this Engagement Letter, invoices, payment records to LEPROC and refunds, and similar documents as required by governmental authorities.
- Confidentiality: Both Parties pledge to maintain the confidentiality of all transactions and information shared during the course of this engagement. In the event of any breach of information, Parties shall promptly inform each other.
