Authorizing LEPROC as a Representative On the CRA Website for Business Accounts

At LEPROC, we’re able to file your tax return without the need to access your business account on CRA. However, it may not be the most accurate or we may not be able to get the maximum advantages from CRA because we won’t be able to see previous history, communications with CRA, pending payments or other benefits. For this reason, we recommend you provide us with access to your Business CRA account by following these steps:

1. Login to My Business Account – Canada.ca
2. Click on Profile on top right
3. Under Authorized representatives Click on Manage authorized representatives
4. Click Authorize a representative
5. Enter Business Number (BN) 755776085 and click Next
   • Upon entering the Business Number and searching for the related business, you may see the company’s name “Logan’s Eagle Corporation”. This is a registered business name for LEPROC.
6. Select the following options:
   1. Under “Level of authorization for this representative”, select Update and view (level 2)
   2. Under “Expiry date”, keep it empty
   3. Under Accoutns this representative will be authorized to access”, select All accounts.
   4. Click Next
7. Confirm and Submit
8. Please inform us once the authorization is complete, as CRA does not send automatic notifications to us.
